#pizza #games In this recipe, I combined Flammkuchen toppings and pizza dough. It turned out very tasty. For those who like softer and juicier.
Ingredients: Premium wheat flour, Water, Sugar, Salt, Dry yeast, Vegetable oil, For the filling:, Tomatoes, Onion onion, Salo, Mozzarella or Suluguni cheese, For the sauce:, Sour cream, Mayonnaise, Salt, Dry garlic, Sweet paprika, Turmeric, Herbs, spices
Cooking method:
How to make a universal dough can be found here:
The dough is universal. Suitable for pizza and bread. Add yeast, salt and sugar to warm water, mix. Gradually add the sifted flour and some vegetable oil. We start the grind. If the dough sticks to the table and hands, grease them with oil (from those 30 grams that are not yet in the dough).
Add the remaining oil, knead a soft, elastic, non-sticky dough. Mix well, collect in a ball, transfer to a greased container, send to a warm place for 1-2 hours.
While the dough is fermenting, let's make the filling. We cut the onion into half rings, lard - into small pieces, tomatoes - into circles, slices. We make the sauce: mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and spices. The sauce is ready. You could just use sour cream, but I made sauce for french fries, and it remained and came in handy for pizza.
After 1-2 hours, take the dough out of the oven and preheat the oven. I use the "Pizza" mode (bottom heat + hot air) and bake at 200℃.
We shift the dough onto a table sprinkled with flour, form the product. Today we will bake pizza, so we roll out the dough into a layer, transfer it to a baking sheet sprinkled with semolina, on top we lay out the onion cut into half rings and send it to the hot oven for 5 minutes - this is a preliminary bakery products.
After 5 minutes, we take out a slightly baked base with onions from the oven, spread the sauce directly on top of the onions, spread the lard and tomatoes, and grated cheese on a coarse grater on top.
We send it back to the oven. Bake another 5-10 minutes. The cheese should melt, but not brown. Fragrant and very juicy pizza is ready. Bon appetit and success in cooking!!!
