Especially in our ultra-fast time, when you need to have time to do a million things a day, visit 15-20 places a day and at the same time feed their households with tasty, healthy and varied food, they have to invent recipes, with a minimum of effort and maximum result. One of these recipes is duck on a pillow of cabbage 🥬
Ingredients: Duck, Large or 2 medium cabbage forks, Apples, Spices/salt
Cooking method:
We cut the cabbage into large pieces and put it in a baking bag (the main thing is that the cabbage is of tender varieties, those varieties that are taken for salting will not work).
We add cabbage, put our apples on top of it, previously cut into quarters and removing the middle.
On top of the apples we lay the duck cut into large pieces, we also add it.
We tie the bag and put it in a preheated oven, at T160-180 ° C and simmer until cooked.
The duck is ready right away with a side dish. It turns out incredibly juicy, fragrant and just melts in your mouth.
