Today I have for you the recipe curd and berry snacks. I do not even know what to call it - let it be curd cheesecake with berries.
This yummy I got what I wanted to eat everything at once.
It took me.
For the cake:
- 100 grams of cottage cheese usual (I had a 9% home)
- 1 egg,
- 60 g of rice flour,
- sachet sweetener,
- a pinch of baking powder,
- vanilla if desired.
To fill:
- 100 grams of curd (the same as in the cake),
- 1 egg,
- 50 ml of milk (2.5% I)
- 2 sachet sweetener,
And of course Well, we need your favorite berries - 150 -200 g
I was frozen cherries (previously thawed and well wrung out the water).
Preparation.
The first thing knead the dough on the cake. Simply combine all ingredients and mix well. The dough turns lipkovatoe.
Next, I took a silicone mold (my form is 18 cm on the bottom) and distributed by her dough, making small bumpers.
Next, spread the berries.
Prepare filling. I asked for an immersion blender, mixed cheese, milk, sugar and egg until smooth. Weight obtained liquid. Fill get a lot of berries.
Harvesting in an oven preheated to 180 g per 30 minutes. Make sure to fill caught and burnt our cheesecake - the oven at all different.
