Ingredients: Fish, Lavash, Tomato (cut into slices), Chopped greens (cilantro, parsley), Garlic (finely chopped), Salt, black pepper, Butter inside the fish + 2 tbsp for lubrication, Yolk for lubrication, Sesame for powdering

Cooking method:

Clean the fish, wash and dry. Cut off the fins and head, cut into steaks, separate the bones, keeping the shape of the steak, salt and pepper each piece inside and out. In the belly of each piece of fish put a piece of butter (1 tbsp. l), chopped greens, a slice of tomato, chopped garlic.

Take a sheet of pita bread, grease it in the middle with butter (1 tbsp. l), put a stuffed piece of fish and wrap it in an envelope.

Put the fish envelopes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Lubricate pita bread on top with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Sesame will give its taste zest and it will be very beautiful!) And put in a heated oven to 190 gr for 40 minutes.
