Often we cannot gather the spirit and begin our path to harmony. Finding reasons to postpone weight loss until Monday or "after the holidays."
How often have you said to yourself: Iβll celebrate the holidays, my birthday will take place and then Iβll start losing weight? I read this in the comments very often.
And that "then" never comes, because there will be other holidays, other birthdays.
Oftentimes, lack of motivation leads to overweight problems being overshadowed.
Let's motivate ourselves!
β Try to set yourself clear goals. Not a vague "I want to become slim", but a clear and specific goal "I want to weigh 65 kilograms", "I want a waist of 65 centimeters."
At the same time, let's set realistic goals for ourselves, and not "lose weight by 30 kilograms in a month."
Very motivating to achieve intermediate goals. If you are losing weight from 100 kg, and you want to weigh 65 kg, set intermediate goals: 90 kg, 80 kg, and so on. Achieving even an intermediate goal is a holiday and very motivating, believe me.
β Think about what weight loss will give you, what are the positive aspects? Make a list of the opportunities that will open before you, for example:
- I will be able to wear my favorite dress, which is not enough for me yet,
- I can get rid of complexes and love myself,
- I will get rid of health problems,
- I will take pictures with pleasure and stop being ashamed of my appearance,
- I will gladly look at myself in the mirror,
- I will lead an active lifestyle
- my love life will get better
There will definitely be moments that are important to you.
And so that your motivation only grows - be sure to write down your volumes and weight. Rejoice in every centimeter and every 100 grams that have left you! Take a before photo and take a photo of yourself every month. Visualization of the result is great motivating!
And of course, it is important to choose a method of losing weight in which you will be comfortable, not hungry and tasty. Only in comfortable conditions can you continue what you started and not leave everything half way, as well as maintain your result in the future.
We do not need a diet, but food that we can adhere to throughout our lives!

Today I have a lazy cabbage pie (150 g) for breakfast. The pie is very lazy! And coffee with the addition of 50 g of milk and 20 g of caramel syrup. And with coffee - a classic and tasty combination - cheese (55 g).
Breakfast for430 kcal.
For a snack, 220 g of pears and 20 g of chocolate. Happened 205 kcal.
For lunch, I warmed up 300 g of pea porridge with chicken breast, which I sprinkled with smoked paprika to add a smoky aroma and taste, and I wanted pickled cucumber porridge (50 g).
Lunch at 390 kcal.
For dinner, I have a vegetable salad (150 g), seasoned with aromatic sunflower oil and chicken hoot (180 g), baked in a marinade of spices and mango sauce.
Dinner for 330 kcal.
And I looked at my KBZhU and realized that I could afford as much as 30 g of cashew nuts in the evening - 195 kcal.
The result of my day is 1535 kcal. B - 132, F - 56, U - 124. I drink water and do not forget about physical education.
