Five recipes for aromatic and delicious hot chocolate for those who want to stay warm, cheer and cheer up this fall.

Hot White Chocolate
In a small saucepan bring the milk to boiling.
Pieces of white chocolate, vanilla, and instant coffee put into a blender. Pour the hot milk and whisk until chocolate is dissolved.

If you do not have a blender, chocolate, vanilla and coffee, you can add in a saucepan with the milk and whisk to stir until a homogeneous smooth mass.
Hot chocolate with chilli

Hot chocolate with brandy
In a small saucepan bottomed bring cream and milk to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat and quickly add the chocolate chips, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Put the chocolate over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Ready chocolate pour into cups, add the brandy and serve hot.
Hot chocolate with orange liqueur
Break 100 g chocolate pieces, melt in a water bath, connected to 100 ml milk and boil.
Add 50 ml of orange liqueur and a little cinnamon.
Garnish with whipped cream and orange zest.
