Lavash is not only a type of bread, it serves as a "wrapper" for some types of snacks, participates in the preparation of many dishes, but can also serve as a basis for pizza. Even in contrast to the ready-made factory base, which requires preliminary defrosting, the use of pita bread significantly reduces the pizza preparation time. It remains only to prepare your favorite filling to your taste.

Ingredients:

Lavash - 2 pcs.

Sausages - 4 pcs.

Tomato - 3 pcs.

Hard cheese - 150 g

Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.

Onions - 60 g

Ground paprika - 3 tbsp. l.

Tomato paste - 50 g.

Olive oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the required ingredients. From the specified volume of products, you can prepare one rectangular pizza or two round pizzas. The number of tomatoes may vary depending on their size. If they are cherry varieties, for example, then 6-8 pieces are required. Very large - two pieces are enough, and maybe even one. To assemble a pizza, you can use any favorite factory-made tomato sauce, or spend 5 minutes making it at home, and it's very easy to do.

Step 2: For the sauce, cut the onions into small cubes. Fry it in a preheated pan with olive oil (or any other without a bright smell) until a light blush. Add granulated sugar to the onion and fry for another minute, stirring occasionally. The taste will be even more interesting if you use cane sugar.

Step 3: Add ground paprika and tomato paste to the caramelized onions, mix and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute and the sauce is ready.

Step 4: For a rectangular pizza, cut both pita breads at the same time, placing one on top of the other, according to the size of the frying sheet, cutting off the excess if necessary. For the round version, two circles are cut out of one pita bread to fit the shape. Spread one pita bread, grease it with sour cream. You can put pita scraps on top, which are also greased with sour cream.

Step 5: Grate hard or semi-hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle a small amount of pita bread greased with sour cream. Cover with a second cut sheet. The use of two pita breads is necessary to strengthen the bottom of the pizza, and sour cream and cheese between them - to stick them together and avoid dryness.

Step 6: Apply a layer of tomato sauce evenly on top. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese again.

Step 7: Spread out the pre-cut sausages in an even layer. Their thickness should be approximately 3 mm.

Step 8: Put the tomatoes on top, pre-cut into slices. Finish with a layer of cheese shavings.

Step 9: Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza until tender for 5-10 minutes. It is better to focus on the parameters of your technique and the appearance of the product: the cheese should melt, if desired, brown.

Step 10: Serve ready-made pizza on a lavash basis with your favorite drinks (tea, coffee, juices, water), cut into convenient portions.
