✨Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my recipes! I would be grateful for your comments and subscriptions!
✅👌 I am sure that every housewife has encountered such a situation when a small piece of minced meat remains in the freezer. And, here the question arises, what can be prepared from it?
Today I want to invite you to cook the simplest dish, for the preparation of which you only need 250-300 g of minced meat and the same amount of kefir is required. And from this amount, you can cook a completely complete dinner.
✨ The recipe is very simple, all the ingredients are available, the result is just great. Try it - I'm sure you will like it! 🥰
📕So, for cooking you will need: 🥙
Kefir (any fat content is suitable) - 300 ml
Minced meat (whatever you like more) - 300 g
Chicken egg (selected category) - 1 pc.
Onions (medium size) - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - about 150 g
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Baking powder - 5 g
Vegetable oil - for frying
👨🏻🍳 Let's start cooking... ⤵️⤵️⤵️
Pour kefir into any suitable bowl, it is desirable that it be at room temperature, or just heat it up a little in the microwave. Next, add the ready-made minced meat.
Next, put in finely chopped onions, it is advisable to punch it with a blender or grate it, break the egg, put in baking powder and add black pepper and salt to taste.
Mix everything thoroughly with a spoon or whisk. You can go further and achieve a more uniform consistency with a blender. But that's up to you.
Now sift and add flour and baking powder.
Stir.
Pour enough oil into the pan for frying, heat it up. With the help of a tablespoon, lay out the prepared mass, trim and give a more accurate round shape. Fry over low heat for 3-4 minutes. You can even cover the pan with a lid.
Then turn over and fry the other side for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the finished pancakes from the pan and transfer to napkins to remove excess oil. And serve it to the table!
