Hello friends! I suggest a recipe for popsicles. It could even be called an ice cream cake. It can be done with ready-made cookies, but it is easier and faster for me to make a stripped crumb at home. To do this, I froze butter in the freezer.

Turn on the oven at 170 ° C.
- Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour (optional).
- Roll the frozen butter in flour and grate on a coarse grater.

- In small portions, gently pour the strawberry mass at room temperature into the cream.
- When a tender homogeneous mass is obtained, add cookies to it.
- Transfer everything into a prepared form.
- Cover the ice cream with foil and put into the freezer until it cools completely.
