Today I will bring to your attention a recipe for the simplest pie with apples, which does not need to be baked in the oven. A porous, soft, weightless cake that melts in your mouth can be cooked in an ordinary skillet right on the stove. I have been baking this recipe for a long time in the country where I have only a small electric stove.
Instead of apples, you can take pears, peaches, or any berries. It turns out very tasty and with little or no hassle!
Ingredients for making apple pie in a skillet:
Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
Apples - 3 pcs.
Flour - about 200 g
Sugar - 120-140 g
Vanilla sugar - to taste
Baking powder - 2 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Let's start cooking ...
The first step is to take the apples and peel them and remove the core. Cut the apple pulp into small pieces of any shape. To prevent the apple from darkening, you can sprinkle it with lemon juice if desired, but this is optional.
Then break the eggs into a deep bowl, convenient for beating, add sugar, vanillin or vanilla sugar to taste and beat with a mixer on medium speed for a few minutes, until a lush, light foam.
Then pour in vegetable oil, mix. Sift and pour flour and baking powder into the dough.
We mix everything manually or with a mixer (at the slowest speed). The finished dough will be smooth and flowing.
Pour the previously cut apples into the finished dough. And mix everything well.
And now, put the pan on the fire, warm it up a little over the lowest heat. At this time, cut a circle out of parchment paper along the inner diameter (along the bottom) of the pan. Put the paper on the bottom of the pan, and pour the dough with apples, level the top. Cover the pan with a lid and set on minimum heat.

The cake will take 40-50 minutes to cook. Note that cooking times can vary greatly. It depends on the diameter of your pan (a tall cake will take longer to bake), on the type of material, on the heating power, etc. Therefore, watch the baking progress.
When the dough stops being liquid in the center, remove the lid and check the pie for readiness with a toothpick - it should come out dry, without particles of raw dough.
