Wednesday. It seems that half the working week has passed, but still ahead of 2 working days. And already want the weekend.
You know, I liked it last Saturday. A day without work, the computer and all connected with it. Just a family holiday.
It has long been such a holiday, I had not. Even on weekends I have to do some work on the computer.
It must be such a practice often, do not you think?) It is possible in the coming weekend you can lose me, but it's not exactly).
Well, today my breakfast consisted of two boiled eggs and sandwiches on rye bread (30g) with butter (at least 5 g) and carp roe (about 20 g).
Green tea and vitamins finished my breakfast, which was released on 300 kcal.
That's why, when it is better to sit at home, work at the computer, there are always things that suggest a walk to public institutions? Apparently this pace I'll have a long time to heal a foot injury.
Returning home, I bite to eat chocolate 75% (18 g) with green tea and then cracked his apple (110 g). And the whole day measured out yourself rye bran (20 g)
The result undershot (considering bran) for 200 kcal.
And for dinner I prepared myself spaghetti with creamy mushroom sauce. Spaghetti spelled (can take any pasta made of durum wheat) - 50 g in the dry state, 100g of mushrooms, cheese, low fat 50 g, 10% cream - 20 g.
Total lunch turned 370 kcal.
my dinner consisted of chicken soup (200 g) was cooked yesterday and boiled chicken breast (150g) - 210 kcal.
And a bottle of soft cottage cheese (125 grams) I ate somewhere in 3 hours before bedtime - 100 kcal.
All it turned out to dinner (based on cottage cheese) - 310 kcal.
I drank normal water today with pleasure. Generally denechki come hot and not to dehydrate the body you should drink plenty of water.
For the whole day turned out at me here such kalorazh - 1180 kcal.
Again began to slide below 1200, but there does not want. What will happen in the heat in the summer ???
