Chicken breast with potatoes in the oven

Today I am describing a recipe from the series “simple, quick and very tasty”. On the agenda: Oven chicken breast with potatoes is a great option for a hearty lunch or dinner that will suit all family members.

You will definitely like cooking, since there are no complicated processes here - cut chicken and potatoes, send them to the mold, bake. On your own, you can use any vegetables and spices.

Such a dish can even be served to guests at the table, decorating it with light vegetable slices, fragrant fresh herbs. If you wish, you can always add pickles or any salads.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 300 g

Potatoes - 400 g

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Salt, pepper - to taste

Water - 70 ml

Prepare all foods. It is better to choose a chilled breast, not frozen.

Peel and wash the potato tubers, then dry. Cut into large pieces.

At this stage, preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Peel and rinse the onion, dry. Cut it into half rings. Transfer the onion slices to the potatoes.

Grease any deep oven dish. Put prepared vegetables in it.

Rinse the chicken breast, dry, cut into large pieces. Place the pieces of meat on top of the potatoes. Pour some water into the mold or broth. Add spices at your discretion.
