Parisel salad

Ingredients:

cucumber
big tomato
1 colored bell pepper
3 tbsp. l. canned corn
1 smoked chicken leg or 2 thighs
salt
mayonnaise
dill

How to cook:

1. Cut the tomato, cucumber and chicken into small cubes.
2. Season salad with mayonnaise, add corn and herbs. Salt to taste.

"Asian" salad

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes
fresh cucumber
fresh chicken breast
lettuce leaves
1-2 cloves of garlic
soy sauce
olive oil
parsley or cilantro

How to cook:

1. Cut the breast into small strips, season with salt, add garlic through a press. Marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.
2. Fry the chicken in a frying pan over high heat on both sides until a crust appears.
3. Rinse and dry lettuce leaves. Chop coarsely or pick a little by hand.
4. Cut the cucumber into cubes and put on the lettuce.
5. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and also in a salad bowl.
Season with salt and pepper, pour in olive oil, stir.
6. Top with pieces of chicken, chopped greens and immediately serve.

Salad with ham, tomatoes and croutons

Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes
300 gr. ham
100 g hard cheese
onion
clove of garlic
3 bars of loaf
vegetable oil
mayonnaise
greens

How to cook:

1. Cut the loaf slices into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown.
2. Grate over cheese. Cut the tomatoes and ham into strips.
3. Combine tomatoes, ham, cheese and crackers in a salad bowl, squeeze the garlic through a press, sprinkle with thin onion half rings.
4. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and garnish with parsley.

Bakhor salad

Ingredients:

3 tomatoes
300 gr. boiled beef
cucumber
onion
clove of garlic
3 boiled eggs
100 g cheese
greens
yogurt or a mixture of sour cream and mustard, or provencal mayonnaise
salt
pepper

How to cook:

1. Cut the beef into cubes. Onion - in half rings and pour boiling water for 2 minutes, rinse with running water to remove excess bitterness.
3. Chop the boiled eggs into cubes. Grate the cheese.
4. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into thin strips, put in a salad bowl, add onion, meat, cheese, eggs and chopped garlic with herbs.
5. Salt to taste. Season with yogurt or a mixture of sour cream and mustard. You can take mayonnaise.

Sea salad

Ingredients:

200 gr. crab sticks or boiled fish (can be salted or canned)
2 boiled eggs
cucumber
2 medium tomatoes
50 gr. cheese
mayonnaise
greens
salt

How to cook:

1. Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into pieces into separate bowls, grate the cheese on a fine grater.
2. Chop eggs and crab sticks into cubes, add mayonnaise, mix.
3. Lay out the salad in layers:
1-crab sticks or fish with egg
2-cucumbers
3-crab sticks with egg
4-tomatoes + mayonnaise and herbs
5-cheese
Decorate as desired.
