Ingredients: Chicken breast, Lavash, Big tomato, Cheese, egg, Sour cream, Garlic, Spices (salt, black pepper), Spicy tomato sauce

Cooking method:

Cut the chicken breast into layers. I took a whole chicken breast and cut it lengthwise into quarters. It is good to beat off each layer. Put everything in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add 2 cloves of garlic and tomato sauce. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash the tomato and cut into slices. On each sheet of pita bread in the middle we put three layers of tomato. Breast on them. Cover one side on top, then on the sides and fold into an envelope.

Fold into a baking dish. In a small bowl, combine egg, sour cream, garlic and black pepper. Grease each envelope generously on top. Place in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes.

Grate cheese on a grater. Take out the mold, sprinkle each envelope with cheese and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
