The recipe came to me from my neighbor and was recorded long ago in my notebook, but decided to try it out not long ago and I enjoyed it so much fish that the recipe has already managed to settle down. And now I share a recipe with you to prepare a very simple look.

INGREDIENTS

Mackerel 2 pcs.

Garlic -3zub.

-2 tablespoon olive oil

Salt - 1ch.l. (Partial)

Paprika sweet -1ch.l.

COOKING METHOD

Take fresh-frozen mackerel 2 pcs, I do not give it to melt until the end, so it is more convenient to separate the fillet. Divide into fillets, for that remove the entrails and bones.

We prepare the spices. In a shallow bowl put teaspoon salt 2-3 grind garlic cloves, pour 2 tablespoons Olive or sunflower oil. Add 1 tsp with a small slide sweet paprika and stir. Divide the mixture into 4 fillets and uniformly distribute over the fish.

We reserve the fish marinated in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. This is the main thing here, the longer the better. Now put the fish in the pan and bake at 220 degrees 15 minutes.

Fish turns juicy, tender and tasty. With potatoes or rice simply delicious. And at the banquet table so the fish are not ashamed to file.
