Steps

Cut the chicken breast into pieces 7-10 mm thick. Lightly beat with the back of the knife.

Salt to taste, it takes me about half a teaspoon for 500 grams of chicken breast. Put pepper to taste. And mix.

Roll the pieces of meat in bread crumbs. Pour 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil into the pan, heat well.

Put the meat in a frying pan and fry the meat for 2-3 minutes until the edges of the meat are whitened and light golden brown.

Turn the meat over, cover the fire with a lid, reduce it to the minimum if the stove is gas, if the electric stove, then you can completely turn it off.

I keep setting 2 of the 9 heating settings. So we cook the meat for 5-8 minutes. Remove from the pan.
