Cauliflower with cheese in the oven

Ideally delicious lunch or dinner - cauliflower in the oven with cheese. Such a dish turns out to be incredibly tender and creamy. Thanks to the addition of cheese and light cream, the cauliflower is chic. You should not be zealous with spices here, as there is a risk of interrupting that very delicate taste.

You can serve this cauliflower to the table in addition to fresh vegetables, herbs, sauce. If it's a full meal, you can add a slice of baked meat or poultry for a great combination.

You need to choose the most delicious products, especially cheese, because in many ways it is he who gives the appetizer a pleasant taste.

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 300 g

Cream 15% - 1 glass

Hard cheese - 80 g

Salt, pepper - to taste

Vegetable oil - 1 tsp

Cooking process:

1. Prepare all the necessary foods. You can choose any fat content of cream.

2. The cauliflower should be free from damage and defects. Rinse it under cool water, dry it slightly, disassemble it into inflorescences. Boil clean water in a saucepan on the stove, then lower the cabbage and throw in a pinch of salt. Boil for literally two minutes.

3. Carefully, using a slotted spoon, remove the cabbage from the boiling water. Cool slightly. In the meantime, turn on and preheat the oven, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

4. Take a heat-resistant form, lightly oil it with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Transfer all inflorescences to a mold.

5. Then take the cream and pour it directly into the mold, grind everything with salt, add pepper.

6. Grate the hard cheese on a fine or medium grater, sprinkle the prepared ingredients with it and place the container in the oven.

7. Bake the cauliflower for 25 minutes, then carefully remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.

Optionally, you can additionally grind the finished dish with chopped herbs.
