The recipe for a delicious salad for every day. Salad "Connoisseur". You don't need a lot of ingredients, but they go so well together that every time I cook it I fall in love with it more and more.

Recipe:
fresh cucumber -2pcs
eggs -4pcs
saury -1can
onion -1pc
mayonnaise to taste
Marinade for onions:
lemon juice -3 tbsp. l
salt -1 / 2 tsp.
sugar - 1/3 tsp.
For mayonnaise:
vegetable oil -150ml
egg -1pc
mustard -1 tsp
lemon juice -1 tsp
sugar -1 / 4 tsp.
salt -1 / 3 tsp.
COOKING METHOD
First, marinate the onion, cut the onion into small cubes, add ½ tsp. salt, 1/3 tsp. Sahara. pour in 3 tbsp. lemon juice, I use ready-made lemon juice for convenience.
Stir and set aside for 15 minutes, let the onion marinate. Cut 2 fresh cucumbers into cubes.
Drain the liquid from the saury, transfer it to a plate and mash it with a fork.
4 boiled eggs, cut into cubes.
We collect the salad. Put eggs, saury in a bowl, drain the liquid from the onion and add to the salad, put the cucumbers. We fill with mayonnaise.
I cook the mayonnaise myself. Pour 150 ml of vegetable oil into a jar, break 1 egg so that the yolk is whole, lower the immersion blender so that the yolk is under it. Beat for 30 seconds until thickened. Now add 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tsp. lemon juice, salt, sugar and beat again. The mayonnaise is ready.
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix, add salt if necessary. The salad is ready, put it in a salad bowl. By the way, this salad can be used as a spread on bread.
