Cutlets are a well-known and favorite dish by many, which is very simple to prepare, but each housewife has a proven recipe and her own secrets. I will tell you how to make juicy and delicious cutlets with bread and minced meat.

Any minced meat will do: pork, beef, chicken or mixed. It is better, of course, to cook it at home, besides, there is nothing complicated about it, but you will be completely confident in the quality of the products. If garlic can be added at will, then onions are an obligatory ingredient, it is necessary for the juiciness of future cutlets. During the preparation of minced meat, do not spare your efforts and time, beat it well, and you will see how beautiful the cutlets will be.

All meat dishes are best served hot and cutlets are no exception.

Ingredients:

Minced meat - 500 g.

Bulb onions - 1 pc.

Garlic - 1 clove

Milk - 150 ml.

Bread - 2 slices

Salt to taste

Ground black pepper - to taste

Chicken egg - 1 pc.

Vegetable oil - 50 ml. (for frying)

Step by step recipe:

1. Prepare the required set of products. Minced meat, of course, can be bought in the store, but it is better to do it yourself by passing a piece of meat through a meat grinder. Cut off the crusts from white bread and soak the pulp in milk.

2. Pass the onion and garlic through a meat grinder or grate on a fine grater, add to the minced meat. Beat in a chicken egg.

3. Squeeze the bread out of the milk and put it in a bowl too. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Mix the minced meat thoroughly and beat it on the bottom of the bowl. Beating off is an important step. After such a procedure, it becomes more homogeneous and viscous, this contributes to the preparation of beautiful patties that do not crack and do not fall apart during frying.

5. Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Form the blanks with wet palms, giving them the desired shape and size. Then beat each of them, throwing from one palm to the other with sharp movements.

6. Place them in a skillet and fry them over medium heat on both sides until they are golden brown.

7. Minced meat cutlets, bread and eggs are ready.

Serve with ketchup or tomato sauce. Boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, various cereals or pasta are suitable for a side dish. Fresh herbs and vegetables also go well with this dish.
