Everyone, without exception, will like turkey chops, as they are easy to prepare and the result is simply excellent. The meat of this bird is very “interesting” in its structure, it is not as dry as chicken, but also not as fatty as pork. Turkey has long been firmly entrenched in the leadership ranks of wholesome and dietary food, so many prefer this particular meat.
Chops can be pre-marinated a little, so they turn out to be even tastier. You can choose any marinade you like. Meat can be served with any side dish, sauce, fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients:
Turkey fillet - 300 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Chicken eggs - 1 pc.
Wheat flour - 2 tbsp.
Breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 2 cloves
Soy sauce - 40 ml
Cooking process:
1. Prepare all the necessary foods according to the list.
2. Wash and dry the turkey fillet with kitchen paper towels. Cut into slices of medium thickness, then transfer them to the work surface and cover with cling film. Use a hammer to beat off the turkey for a couple of minutes to form thin slices of meat.
3. Drizzle over each future chop with a little lemon juice. Peel the cloves of garlic, grate. Rub the garlic shavings into each piece of meat.
4. Pour soy sauce into a plate, cover each piece of turkey completely with it. Shake everything down with a little ground pepper and a pinch of salt. If desired, you can use a variety of spices that you are used to adding to meat. Marinate for 20 minutes.
5. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and flour, then transfer the meat to this breading.
6. After that, dip it in a shaken chicken egg, then return it to the flour with breadcrumbs and breaded the turkey on both sides.
7. Fry the turkey in vegetable oil on both sides until golden crisp.
