As it is convenient, sprinkled flakes or muesli or corn balls filled with milk and eat. Yes, and it is written on each package - fitness, healthy eating and so on. Fitness time - so you can eat on a diet, then we will lose weight. But it was not there!
If you look at the composition of the finished breakfast, we will see heavy doses of sugar, sugary syrups, flour, and various flavor enhancers. With such a composition, or talk about the benefits of low-calorie breakfast, it is not necessary.
Many are addicted to protein, protein bars or various protein mixtures.
But is it worth spending so much money on protein products? the rate of protein can safely reach, well thought out menu. Of course, if you want to build muscle, it is possible for you and will help the protein and protein shakes.
As for the protein bar, then not all of them are useful, as most contain a lot of sugar and enough calories.
Vegetable milk has now become fashionable to drink.
But if you need a vegetable milk, if you are not allergic to cow's milk? Besides calorie vegetable and cow's milk is almost the same. Again cunning marketers use our desire to lose weight and imposed on us the more expensive products.
