Hello, my name is Oksana! I am glad to welcome everyone who has looked at my page. I hope the recipes I published will be interesting and useful for you - read, write comments, and of course, subscribe!
On my channel you can find many different recipes for quick and simple baking, the preparation of which will not take you much time and necessary products.
For example, some time ago I laid out a recipe for incredibly tasty, soft brushwood - the preparation of which requires only 3 ingredients.
At the end of this article I will publish a link to this recipe, be sure to check it out, you will love it!
And today I want to bring to your attention an even simpler recipe for small snack sandwiches (this is what I call them) from dryers. A very interesting version of a kind of baking for tea! Tasty and simple, try it and see for yourself!
Cooking ingredients:
Small dryers (mustard) - 1 pack (200 g)
Minced meat (ready-made with onions) - 200 g
Milk - approximately 500 ml
Hard cheese (Dutch, Russian, or better suluguni) - 80-100 g
And, quite a bit of mayonnaise - 2 tsp. l.
First, the question will probably arise "What kind of drying?"... The most ordinary small dryers are very small, and it is a little larger, but this does not play a special role. Most importantly, take mustard rather than vanilla and sweet ones. On average, a pack of dryers costs 30 rubles.
Put all the dryers in a suitable bowl and fill with milk. We leave it for 10-15 minutes - this time is quite enough, further drying will begin to blur. From time to time we stir them in milk for even soaking. And of course do not pour milk after use - it is quite possible to pour it into coffee or tea, or simply use it to make pancakes.
While the dryers are soaked in milk, prepare the minced meat (mine is chicken). The most common composition, as for dumplings... Minced meat, onions, salt and pepper!
A certain time has passed, we take out the drying from the milk and put it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, it can be right back to back.
Put a small amount of minced meat in the middle of each drying - so that the excess does not climb over the edges.
We literally squeeze a drop of mayonnaise on top of each product - well, if you are already an ardent opponent of mayonnaise, then don't put it... Although, with mayonnaise it will be much juicier... and tastier!
And the final ingredient is cheese. Cut it into small cubes and place it on top of each dryer.
We bake these snack sandwiches "in the oven preheated to 180 degrees - 15-20 minutes. Very tasty, original! Cook, taste, bon appetit!
Here's the brushwood recipe: Just 2 eggs, a pinch of salt and a little flour, and you get such a mountain of crispy brushwood
Sincerely, Oksana!
