Boiling water + flour and a little minced meat: I tell you how I cook delicious Crimean pasties "Yantyk" - they are fried without oil

They are prepared very quickly, simply and from the simplest ingredients.

Cooking ingredients:

For the test:
Boiling water - 250 ml
Salt - 1 tsp l.
Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
Flour - 400-420 g
For filling:
Any minced meat - 400 g
Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Salt, black pepper - to taste
Add some greens if desired

Let's move on to cooking ...

To prepare the dough, we need boiling water - so the first thing we do is boil the water. While the water is boiling in a bowl for kneading the dough, sift the flour, pour in vegetable oil, put in salt.

As soon as the water boils, pour it into the flour - and mix, first everything spoon or spatula. But, the mass will cool down quickly enough, and then we knead the dough with our hands.

According to this recipe, the dough is elastic, obedient - it will be very pleasant to work with it. Wrap the well-kneaded dough in plastic wrap or put it in a plastic bag and leave it on the table to "rest" for about half an hour.

Meanwhile, we are preparing the filling. We take any minced meat according to your taste (and preferences), add chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. You can add some fresh or dried herbs.

In order for the filling to be juicy, I recommend that you add about 3-4 tablespoons of plain boiled water to the minced meat.

Divide the rested dough into 10-12 parts and round.

And now we are making pasties - we roll each bun into a thin cake, put a little minced meat on one half.

We cover the minced meat with the second half of the dough and make tight tucks along the edges, and for greater strength, and for beauty, we walk along the edge with the teeth of a fork.

Fry in a completely dry frying pan, over medium heat - on both sides for about 3-4 minutes. In this case, the pan must be covered with a lid.. We put the finished dry pasties on a dish and immediately grease with butter. Cook, taste, Bon appetit!
