Today I want to share a recipe for apple buns. They turn out to be so tender, airy, moderately sweet and very very tasty that even my mother-in-law, having tried them for the first time at my visit, was surprised and took the recipe. Which I was very happy about. The preparation is simple, the ingredients are the most affordable.

Recipe:

Dough:

Milk-450 ml.

Sugar -100gr.

Salt -1 / 2 tsp.

Egg -1pc.

Butter -100gr.

Dry yeast -7g. (or raw 15g)

Flour -750g.

For filling:

Apples -3pcs.

Raisins -50g.

Sugar -2 tbsp.

For crumb:

Sugar -2 tbsp.

Flour -3 tbsp.

Butter -30g.

Cooking method:

Pour 450 ml of warm milk into a bowl, add 100 grams of melted butter, 100 grams of sugar, half a tsp. salt, break 1 egg, 7 grams of dry yeast or 15 grams of raw yeast. We mix everything.

Now gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough. I need 780 grams of flour. Put in a bowl and put in a warm place to rise for 1-1.5 hours.

I put it in the oven to rise and set it to 40 degrees. During this time, we will prepare the filling.

Peel 3 apples, remove the middle, cut into cubes. Put apples in the pan, add sugar to taste, I don't like too much sweetness, so I add 2 tablespoons, Fry until the liquid evaporates, add the raisins, washed in advance.

Mix the filling ready, let it cool down a little. Prepare the crumb. Put 2 tablespoons in a bowl. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour without a slide, add 30 grams of butter just from the refrigerator. Turn into crumbs with our hands and put them in the refrigerator.

The dough came up, put it on the table, crush it and divide it into parts. I divide into 24 pieces weighing 60 grams. Now we make buns and immediately put them on a baking sheet.

Now, with the help of a glass, we make a depression.

Put the filling, now grease with an egg and sprinkle with crumbs. Leave the buns for 15 minutes, let them rise, during this time we will take care of the second baking sheet.

Now we put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, be guided by your oven.


Now place the second baking sheet and bake until tender.
Let the buns cool down a bit and serve with tea or coffee. They are soft and airy. And of course very tasty. A zest for such buns is given by the filling with sourness and crispy crumbs.
