I welcome everyone to my channel.

Here I share with you my experience of losing weight, my menu for the day and recipes for low-calorie dishes. But many are surprised that you can eat so much food and even so tasty and lose weight.

I wouldn't have believed it either, if I hadn't tried it myself.

And I tried and have already lost 58 kilograms and I want you to succeed.

Today I want to tell you about a wonderful salad, the recipe of which was shared with me by a subscriber from the city of Rossosh, Yulia Yemelyanova, for which many thanks to her.

Honestly, I was initially embarrassed by one ingredient, because I know that many do not like it, and I will not always willingly eat it.

But after trying the salad, I realized that everything is harmonious in it! It was delicious for me!

✅For salad you will need:

  • boiled chicken fillet - 200 g (I used baked chicken fillet)
  • green onions - 10 g,
  • apple - 1 piece (I have 130 g),
  • walnuts (3 whole pieces) - 20 g,
  • celery - sprig - 25 g,
  • natural yogurt - 3 tablespoons - 80g.

Cooking couldn't be easier. Salad. We must grind everything up.

Grind the walnuts into not very large pieces.

Finely chop the onion and celery.

Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces.

We also cut the apple into meko. You can also grate the apple on a coarse grater. As for me, cut foods in about the same way make the salad the most harmonious in taste.

Mix everything and the salad is ready. It remains only to refuel it.

Enjoy your meal!

For me, this amount of ingredients is 2 servings of salad.
Therefore, I refuel in portions.
In addition, I noticed that when the salad stood a little and soaked in yogurt dressing, it became tastier, the nuts were saturated with juice and gave their taste.

I definitely liked the salad!

KBZHU per 100 g of salad with dressing: K - 120, B - 11, F - 6, U - 4.6.
