How long have you been fighting overweight? I've been on diets all my adult life.
Since you are reading this article, then the topic of weight loss is interesting to you. Maybe you have repeatedly lost weight, were happy, but then gained again? Or did you go on different diets, but every time you fell out? Or despite all the efforts, there was no result at all?

What we just didnβt do in the hope of losing weight:
β Did not eat after 18 hours, starving. After all, the stomach must digest everything before sleep, otherwise everything will go to fat - we thought.
However, our digestive tract does not fall asleep with us, as many think, but continues to work!

β Adhere to proper nutrition. And overeat on it. After all, even healthy foods can gain excess weight if consumed uncontrollably, overeating.
β Refused baking - it's high in calories, it's carbohydrates!
However, our body needs carbohydrates! And depriving yourself of completely favorite sweets is a direct path to breakdowns.
β They were stuck in the gym, and then the body demanded to replenish the lost energy.
And since I go in for sports, I can eat a lot and not get fat, some think. But this is not the case! Even with crazy physical activity, you can cross the line between the norm of calories and their surplus.
There are many ways to lose weight and weight loss myths that we believe in.
In any case, almost every method of losing weight restricts us in some products or even significantly cuts our diet, forcing us to starve, or causes some other discomfort.
Therefore, it is very difficult to strictly adhere to all these methods of losing weight without disruption.
But most importantly, all these methods do not change your eating habits!
And therefore, after each diet - a return to normal nutrition and weight gain again.
The only way that helped me lose weight easily, tasty and satisfying is calorie counting.
I'll tell you about my menu for the day.
For breakfast - favorite oatmeal with curd cheese and lightly salted chum salmon.
For oatmeal today I used: 25 g of oatmeal, 40 g of kefir 1%, 1 egg, a pinch of salt and baking powder.
Filling: 20 g of curd cheese, 100 g of lightly salted chum salmon and a few sheets of salad, which I did not count even in KBZhU.
Just a delight! Delicious and satisfying.
Breakfast for 445 kcal.
The weather has deteriorated, and now we spend our husband's vacation at home, rather than sunbathing and swimming. And that means I work in a normal mode, and not in the evening and until late. This is the only thing that pleases me.
In general, I'd rather swim, walk and spend time actively during the day. But the elements were raging.
During work I had a snack with nectarines (300 g) - 145 kcal.
We like these small Uzbek nectarines, they have already appeared on sale. Try it if you haven't tried it yet.
Closer to lunchtime, I took a break from work to cook a large pot of green cabbage soup, which will be enough for us for several days.
Yesterday I just finished eating the last portion of summer beetroot on tops.
And in today's green cabbage soup, in addition to sorrel, I added the remains of beet tops, it turned out very tasty. In addition, I cooked cabbage soup on chicken drumsticks, not on the breast (I will leave links to recipes in a reminder).
A plate of green cabbage soup (450 g) with 25 g sour cream 15% and 25 g whole grain rye bread - 350 kcal.
After lunch, in the drizzling rain, I ran away on business for an hour, and then again before dinner at the computer.
And drank green tea with 50 g of dried mango - 125 kcal.
Only closer to dinner I freed myself and went to cook a tasty treat.
For a long time, I was hatching the idea of ββchicken pie with vegetable filling. The only dilemma I had today was what to use in the filling. There were champignons, Chinese cabbage and zucchini in the refrigerator.
As a result, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage went into the filling.
The cake came out amazing and without a gram of flour! I will try to draw up a recipe as soon as possible to share with you.
Dinner - 350 g of pie - 300 kcal.
In total, 1395 kcal were obtained in a day.

I drink water worse than in the heat, but I drink my own rate.
Don't you forget about skin care? This is very important in order to help the skin tighten, especially when losing weight with a lot of weight.
I also noticed that swimming is very helpful. The whole body is tightened. Today I was surprised to find significant improvements in the most problematic areas (inner thigh). Maybe someone won't even see the problem. But I see thatπ.
It's a pity the weather has deteriorated, otherwise I would have swam even more actively.
