By the title of the article, you probably already understood that Friday's weigh-in pleased me.
After almost a month's plateau, finally, the fat swam and this week I finally believed that the plateau had been defeated.
And here's another milestone, I stepped over 58 extra pounds, leaving it behind.
I'm going to the jubilee sixtieth. And it seems like only recently we were happy with you together "minus 50" and "minus 55".

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 59 kg.
I count calories, every day I eat with a deficit from the norm I need and leaner. In the spring it will be two years since I have been leading a similar lifestyle.
Yes, at first it was difficult, like everyone else. But over time you get used to it, and the results give new strength to continue.
Now I already do everything automatically and counting calories does not depress me in any way. And tasty and satisfying food does not allow me to break loose and go astray on the path to my ideal.

I'll tell you about my menu for today.
For breakfast I have sandwiches on whole grain bread (45 g) with boiled beef tongue (90 g). And with green tea I took 20 g of bitter 75% chocolate.
I got breakfast for 380 kcal.
Yesterday we celebrated my mom's birthday, so today there are some foods on the table that are not in everyday life (for example, tongue for breakfast).
Well, I could not pass by the herring under the fur coat.
I decided to eat it for a snack. 140 g herring under a fur coat with PP mayonnaise - 230 kcal.
I spent the whole day today at work with short breaks.
For example, I was distracted to cook buckwheat for lunch, and the cutlets were already ready.
Lunch - 110 g of boiled buckwheat and 90 g of chicken cutlets with cheese, cottage cheese and vegetables, as well as a few cherry tomatoes.
Lunch - 255 kcal.
After lunch, I drank green tea with 40 g of dried cranberries - 125 kcal.
For dinner today, I have pumpkin patties (200 g) with soft curd (100 g). True, they look more like pancakes).
Dinner turned out to be 250 kcal.
And with tea in the evening - 50 kcal dried mango.

In just a day it turned out 1290 kcal.
Drinking regimen - I observe it, I do physical education.
By the way to the question of carbohydrates in the evening. Almost all week, I had carbohydrates in the evening, and most of them are dried fruits. But I got great results on the scales.
I will continue my little experiment with evening carbohydrates.
