Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of 59 kg.

And today I want to tell you one wonderful recipe.

Simple, fast, but delicious!

Let's cook some spring rolls with lightly salted fish? This is a wonderful appetizer for a festive table or just a delicious snack for you.

You just have to spend just 5 minutes and then enjoy the delicious food.

I needed:

  • 2 sheets of rice paper,
  • 70 g of lightly salted pink salmon or any other lightly salted fish,
  • 20 g cottage cheese cream cheese,
  • Chinese cabbage leaf (lettuce leaves can be used)
  • a plate of warm water.

The hardest part of the recipe is not to walk past the rice paper in the store and buy it.

The rice paper itself is fragile and brittle.

But it is worth putting it in water for a minute and you can twist any rolls from it.

Cut the lightly salted fish into pieces. I always cut the fish into portions and store it in a container in the refrigerator - I need it - I took as much as I need.

We take the rice paper out of the water (do not overexpose, try it with your hands, if it becomes elastic and pliable, take it out).

We spread on it a few pieces of fish, a little Chinese cabbage (or lettuce leaves), curd cheese and roll into a roll.

That's all! We spin the number of rolls we need.

Cut obliquely for a beautiful presentation.

You can use any product of your choice as a filling. Replace the fish with shrimp fried in garlic, for example, or with crab sticks (if you use them). You can add fresh cucumber, celery, apple.
Or you can make vegetable spring rolls by wrapping your favorite vegetables in paper with a dressing of curd cheese or yogurt, for example.

Experiment and find your favorite flavor!
