Good day and good mood!

The topic of weight loss is now so relevant that one can hear about weight loss from all sides.

But still not everyone understands the need for a rational approach to their health, including weight loss.

Let's get acquainted! My name is Anya and since May 2018 I have switched to about proper nutrition and a calorie deficit.
In my blog, I talk about how my process of losing weight from 132.2 kg (with a height of 172 cm) is going, I share recipes and experiences.
Currently I have managed to get rid of59kg.

I want to say once again that our health should be in the foreground, and only then everything else.

May 2018 and January - February 2020

Today I want to touch upon a topic that is painful for many - "I always want to eat"!

And why do we have a brutal appetite? Let's find out the possible reasons:

1. Our diet is low in complex carbohydrates. The deficiency of complex carbohydrates is caused, among other things, by the fear of food - macaroni from TSP, cereals, potatoes. You always want something sweet, but when you eat it, you can't stop us.

With a lack of complex carbohydrates in the diet, hunger sets in very quickly, because the body requires from you its usual source of energy.

2. Little food. Yes, you just eat little - hence the hunger. All your diets, on which the body gets 1200 or less calories per day, lead to the fact that you constantly want to eat.

3. Food in small portions, fractional. Well, how can you eat a salad with your palm? And where to find time to eat all the time? So hunger creeps in.

4. Rare meals - we had breakfast and are busy all day, by the evening I just want to eat the whole refrigerator.

5. Poor sleep, stress - can increase appetite.

Found your problems? We eliminate them and slim down!

And I'll move on to my menu for today.

Breakfast - sandwiches on homemade whole grain bread (70 g) with butter (10 g) and slightly salted chum salmon (45 g) with green tea.

During breakfast I take vitamins and omega-3s.

Breakfast - 365 kcal.

Today is Monday, and on Mondays I have most of my household chores.

I also went to the store for onions and carrots and fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, and came back with two bags. I don’t want to make a promotion for macaroons and cottage cheese myself, and I suddenly remembered the chicken, so I barely dragged two packages on the sly.

Well, when will we learn to go to the store just for what we have planned? Probably never).

When I returned, I had a snack.

For a snack I ate a cucumber (120 g) with curd cheese (40 g) and then drank green tea.

The snack came out on 105 kcal.

For lunch 390 g of chicken soup with noodles and chicken drumstick meat - 300 kcal.

And later with tea I ate 20 g of dark chocolate - 110 kcal.

For dinner, I defrosted the minced meat that was in the stash for chicken cutlets with suluguni cheese and bell pepper and cooked buckwheat.

At least buckwheat is the most boring product for many diet lovers, and I love it, but I don't eat it that often. After all, you can eat so many tasty things and still lose weight.

Dinner - chicken cutlets with cheese and pepper (150 g) and boiled buckwheat (100 g) - 350 kcal.

And in the evening with tea 40 g of dried mango - 100 kcal.

In just a day it turned out 1330 kcal.

I drink water per 1 kilogram of weight - 30 ml. Physical activity at home.
