My name is Anya and in my blog I share my experience of losing weight (I have already said goodbye to 59 extra pounds, and I'm losing weight from 132 kg). In addition, here you will find a menu for every day and recipes for dishes on which I am slimming.

This Friday, the checkweighing made me happy again. The less weight - the more difficult it is to drive off extra pounds. But slowly and surely I get it. There is not so much left, but I don’t know which figure I will focus on. The mirror will show you when to stop).

For breakfast today I have 2 boiled eggs, rye bread (10 g) with curd cheese (20 g) and carp caviar (20 g).

Green tea - and I'm ready for Friday!

Breakfast came out on 375 kcal.

I will try not to remind you of vitamins and omega-3 anymore. As always, there is a lot of controversy about the need for their consumption - let everyone decide for himself whether he needs dietary supplements or not and whether there is any benefit from them. I decided everything for myself a long time ago and saw by myself whether there was any benefit.

After breakfast, go straight to work. There are many plans for the weekend, especially on Saturday, so you need to finish all the work in order to completely free yourself the weekend.

On Saturday we are on business in Moscow and my husband promised that we will stop by at my beloved Ikea. I am in anticipation, I have already made a whole list of what I need to buy and saved up for two weeks - I almost never went to stores магазины.

During work, I had a snack with thin rye bread (10 g) with suluguni (65 g) - 210 kcal.

For lunch I have a plate of potato soup with meatballs (410 g) - 235 kcal

And with tea in the afternoon 40 g of dates - 120 kcal.

After lunch I had free time, because all the working moments were solved by me.

And I have long planned to pamper my family with homemade khachapuri. So I started cooking - I kneaded the dough, prepared the filling. I decided to make a classic khachapuri with suluguni and try something like a pie with meat filling.

I made the preparations and it remains to wait for my husband and send khachapuri to bake to serve in the heat of the heat.

I made a khachapuri and I still had the meat filling and the idea came to me to make an open pie on my favorite curd dough with meat. And I quickly brought her idea to life.

I got a dinner - an open mini pie on curd dough with meat filling (150 g) - 270 kcal.

And later with tea 30 g of dried cranberries - 100 kcal.

In total, 1310 kcal were obtained in a day.

Success in losing weight is nutrition, but do not forget about the drinking regimen and physical activity - at least walking and physical education at home.
