Ingredients:

200 gr. carrots in Korean
100 gr. smoked sausage
2 eggs;
1 packet of rye crackers with any taste
salt and mayonnaise

Preparation:

Boil eggs, cool and clean. Cut the eggs into large cubes.
Sausage cut into strips.

Mix in a salad bowl carrots, sausage and eggs.
Add croutons and salt. Dress the salad with mayonnaise.

Recipe salad with Korean carrot and crab sticks

Ingredients:

200 gr. carrots in Korean
200 gr. crab sticks
100 gr. hard cheese
100 gr. mayonnaise
3 eggs
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch of dill
salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation:

Crab sticks cut into strips.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Boil eggs, cool and clean. Chop into cubes.

Greens wash, dry and chop.
Garlic is passed through the press.

Combine all the ingredients together, add mayonnaise, salt and mix well.

If desired, this salad can put canned corn.

Recipe salad with Korean carrot, chicken and bell pepper

Ingredients:

400 gr. cooked or smoked chicken breast
300 gr. carrots in Korean
3 large bell peppers
salt and mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:


Bulgarian pepper washed and cleaned from the seeds. Cut the peppers into thin strips.
Chicken disassembled into fibers or strips also grind.

The salad bowl combine peppers, chicken and carrots.

Add salt and season salad with mayonnaise to taste.

Recipe salad with carrots in Kreisky and mushrooms "Hedgehog"

Ingredients:

300 gr. chicken
200 gr. pickled mushrooms
200 gr. carrots in Korean
100 gr. pitted black olives
100 gr. hard cheese
2 eggs
herbs for decoration
salt and mayonnaise - to taste

Preparation:

Chicken fillet boil in salted water. Cool and cut into cubes.
Cook hard-boiled eggs. Cool, peel and grate.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into cubes.

On large dish put a layer of chicken in the form of droplets.
Smear it with mayonnaise.
Next layer - mushrooms coated mayonnaise.
Third layer - chopped olives slices or cubes. Fourth - eggs with mayonnaise.
Fifth layer - grated cheese.

Top with Korean carrot so that the sharp end of the drop remained uncovered.
With the help of whole olives make the hedgehog's eyes and nose.
Garnish with salad greens and give a little stand.
