Many now stay at home, if not with the whole family, then most of it.
What to cook for everyone, so that there is not so much fuss, that it is satisfyingly tasty, and even those who follow the figure will not be harmed.
I found a way out, I cook dishes that are universal.
One of them is baked chicken.
We, losing weight, breast, and the rest scatters - who loves what.
Today I want to offer you a recipe for chicken baked in the oven in a marinade of soft curd and spices.
✅We need the following products:
- chicken (I have a small size),
- a jar of soft cottage cheese - 120 g,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- a pinch of turmeric, sweet paprika, hops-suneli,
- salt, black pepper to taste.
✅Preparation:
We wash the chicken well and cut into the breast.
Rub the garlic on a fine grater.
We mix the marinade:
- add grated garlic, paprika, turmeric, hop-suneli, salt, black pepper to soft cottage cheese and mix.
Lubricate the chicken with the prepared marinade.
Ideally, let the chicken sit for a few hours and marinate better.
I baked a small chicken in the oven at a temperature of 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
It turned out to be the juiciest and most tender chicken. Even the breast did not disappoint!
CBFU depends on which part of the chicken you eat, as different parts of the chicken have different CBFU.
