I decided to share with you a simple but delicious recipe for baking chicken drumstick.
It's all about the marinade.
I have already shared with you a lot of recipe for making chicken breast, but as far as I remember, I have never used tomato paste in the marinade.
In the meantime, a very appetizing chicken turns out in a tomato marinade.
In this way, you can cook chicken thigh, breast and turkey and simply bake the whole chicken.
I baked 3 chicken drumsticks and needed for the marinade:
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sour cream 10%,
- salt, black pepper to taste,
- generously of dried garlic and hops-suneli.
I removed the skin from the chicken drumstick, why do we need extra fat.
We mix all the ingredients of the marinade, rub the chicken with it and let it stand for a while, marinate - ideally a few hours.
I often marinate overnight, leaving it in the refrigerator, and the next day I take it out at the right time and put it in the oven.
Put the pickled chicken drumstick on a baking sheet. I used a baking dish.
We bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 40 minutes.
