Today I will not talk about how good and comfortable it is to lose weight by counting calories. I'll just leave links to useful articles in a reminder and a little background information:

And I will tell you about my menu as an example.

Today I wanted a cake for breakfast. It's strange, yes, when those who are losing weight gobble up a cake?) And I have not been strange for a long time. I eat cake and lose weight. Not even that. I have already lost weight, although I ate and eat cake and not only itπŸ˜‰

If you want to torment yourself, there is one cabbage, buckwheat and unleavened breast - this is your choice.

My choice is to enjoy life, eat tasty and balanced, maintain and improve the achieved result, controlling nutrition.

Cake - based on chocolate oatmeal. As a cream - yogurt and sachet sahzam, a layer of nectarines. Delicate, tasty - it charges you with mood for the whole day.

I used: 30g of long-boiled oatmeal, an egg, 40g of milk, 100g of yogurt and 100g of nectarines.

Breakfast 400 kcal.

As a snack, today I just wanted coffee with milk (100 g) with the addition of vanilla syrup (10 g), as well as 2 pieces of fruit candy.

It turned out to be a snack for 185 kcal.

After a snack, I ran away on business and went to pick up my order in one go, and I ordered another fruit marshmallow while there was an action for it. Initially, I looked at the marshmallow myself, but everyone liked it so much that it just flies away. Had to order more.

Not a lot of work in the morning, I wanted to cook everything and more for a few days, but no luck. We don't have any water. How bad it is without water. At such moments, I always remember how people used to live without running water. And now it is not everywhere.

Cooked only a pan of chicken broth and TSP vermicelli separately.

Lunch: a plate of chicken broth (450 g) with drumstick meat (50 g) and 70 g of boiled noodles, tomato (100 g) and Darnitsa bread (30 g) with cottage cheese (10 g).

Lunch at 300 kcal.

In the freezer, I had leftover minced chicken, frozen peppers, and some cottage cheese in the fridge. I decided to use all this wealth in the preparation of stuffed peppers. Since the minced chicken consisted not only of the breast, there were also thighs - its calorie content is higher and, accordingly, the peppers turned out to be more caloric than those that were recently cooked from minced chicken breast.

Dinner - 380 g of stuffed peppers, 80 g of yogurt with garlic (10 g) as a sauce. Very tasty!

Dinner for 430 kcal.

I didn’t make up today's menu in advance in the calorie counter. And in the evening I see that I almost got enough calories, and the worst thing is that I have gained only 41 g of fat.

Therefore, urgently fix it! We spent the evening at home, relaxing and watching the TV series under peanuts (20 g) - 110 kcal.

As a result, I got 1425 kcal per day. B11, Zh50, U126.

I never forget about water. I drink my norm (30 ml per 1 kg of weight).

It seems to me that everyone has somehow relaxed and are losing weight here for their pleasure! Can not be so! You injure those who gnaw cabbage, starving in the hope of losing weight, those who are poured with milk and who cannot be cottage cheese at night, those who afraid of charcoal and on a carbohydrate-free diet, those who think that foods with a high GI are immediately deposited in fat and other others.
