Stop starving and limiting yourself in everything. You know how it all ends!? In most cases - a breakdown from the diet and devouring everything that only catches your eye.

Only constant monitoring of nutrition will help you get rid of extra pounds and not gain them again.

At the same time, the food should be balanced, tasty and satisfying. Only then there will be no desire to give up everything and give up on yourself.

It was found that the average daily calorie intake for women is on average 2000 calories (with a fairly active lifestyle, and not lying on the couch), and for men - 2500. It must be remembered that each of us has our own calorie intake, depending on age, weight, height and other parameters.

If you overeat, gain more than your norm per day, you get fat. If you eat less than your norm, then the body spends stored energy, your extra fat.

It's simple. And believe me, 1800-2000 kcal is a sufficient number of calories to eat tasty and satisfying, and only 15% deficiency makes it possible to lose weight without harming either health or psyche.

I'll move on to my Friday menu (on Friday I decided to go on a spree).

Today I did not think about what to cook for breakfast, I had everything ready since yesterday evening.

Salad with crab sticks - light and fresh (170 g), which I season with soft curd (45 g) and curd cake with pineapple (70 g).

And I got breakfast for 355 kcal.

Today we have planned a violation of the regime by harm, but I do not want to exceed too much calorie and I will try to meet at least my norm (according to estimates, at the moment my norm is 1770 kcal).

Therefore, I had a plan - during the day, to save as many free calories as possible for the evening when my husband returns from work. We waited for a whole week when it would be possible to eat normally fish, which I grabbed on joint purchases.

But the plan is a plan, but you want to eat๐Ÿ˜‚

I tried to eat less calories, but also to gain a little protein.

Snack - 90 g of homemade turkey drumstick and chicken breast ham and some cherry tomatoes.

It turned out to be a snack for 145 kcal.

Regarding protein, by the way, I read more recommendations in the news today.

So, it is now recommended to eat right and (attentionโ—) - to increase the amount of protein in the diet.

All the same, what good fellows we are, right?! We already eat balanced and try to get protein, fight overweight (and overweight is a factor that makes the disease worse).

Today, before lunch, I ran and picked up some more farm eggs, and everyone must eat at least one egg at Easter. A breath of fresh air and the very feeling of a walk becomes indescribable!

And also, when you walk down the street, you directly feel all your leg muscles and understand that it's not in vain that I still swing my legs and squat at home.

For lunch today I have buckwheat (100 g in boiled form) and paprikash (130 g, all that is left).

Lunch at 360 kcal.

I cut as much as I can, using the dishes that have already been prepared and which need to be finished.

Well, an evening with a family, board games as entertainment, and a fish with an amber drink.

I prepared a plate for everyone, not only for myself, otherwise you will think of something๐Ÿ˜‚:

According to my calculations, the following was obtained per day: 860 kcal is breakfast, snack and lunch, and in the evening 780 kcal (this is an amber drink, fish and a little bread). Total 1640 kcal.

Considering that at the moment my norm is 1770 kcal. I believe that my plan was successful and I did not exceed my calorie intake..

But the bloom of anxiety and fatigue vanished as if by hand.

I didn't even think before, in that life of eternal diets, that you can lose weight and arrange such days for yourself. The most important thing is to continue your journey the next day and return to deficit, and not go on a spree๐Ÿ˜‚
