My channel is about delicious weight loss. As stated in the collage above - in 2 years I have lost 60 kg. I was able to achieve such a result only because I did not break down and walked towards my goal, but knows why there were no failures? Because I am so tasty and not hungry. And all thanks to calorie counting.

Every day I share my menu with you and the recipes for the dishes that are included in my diet.

And here is the omission, how much we cooked with you, but never once did you have sweets!

Today I want to tell you how you can make cottage cheese sweets - they turn out wonderful according to KBZHU.

✅I needed the following ingredients:

  • 200 g cottage cheese 5% (it is important that the cottage cheese is not liquid, but not grained, and also not very sour in taste).
  • 2 Doctor Corner cornbreads - 10 g (use crispbreads that you like to taste. I like with caramel or cranberry).
  • 3-5 sachets of sweetener (who does not use a sweetener take sugar or honey. for mixing 1 sachet sahzam = 1 g = 5 g sugar).
  • cocoa 10 g, coconut flakes 5 g, hazelnuts 5-7 nuts - 10 g, dried cranberries - 5 g.

✅Cooking.

I used my favorite blender as usual. It simplifies and speeds up the process. Someone likes to tinker, rubbing the cottage cheese through a sieve so that there are no lumps, but I love vich-vzhikh and everything is ready😉.

So, beat the cottage cheese in a blender bowl, adding to it a sweetener and 5 g of cocoa (the remaining cocoa will be used for boning sweets).

As for the amount of sweetener - 3 sachets were enough for me, not very sad, with the sourness of curd. Who likes sweeter - add 5 sachets, but it is better to try the mixture and decide if you have enough sweetness.

Then I took 2 cornbreads, broke them and sent them to the blender bowl. Grind not hard so that there are pieces from the bread.

My blender did a poor job of crushing bread, refused to grind them with cottage cheese, and I just stirred it in a plate and broke the remaining large pieces with a spoon.

The curd mass is ready. If desired, you can add vanillin to it. You can not add cocoa to the curd, but add only vanillin. It all depends on your taste.

Also, the sprinkling of sweets and the filling depends on your taste.

I took hazelnuts and dried cranberries for the filling. You can take any nuts and dried fruits. You don't have to make the filling at all. And you can mix the crushed dried fruit nuts into the curd mass.

I have cocoa and coconut flakes as a sprinkling for sweets. You can use, for example, poppy.

Forming sweets.

We take a little curd mass, distribute it with a flat cake in the palm of your hand, put the filling in the middle - either a nut or a cranberry and roll a ball.

Roll in cocoa or coconut flakes.
