The other day, in the comments, I was asked the question, why is it tasty to eat? And then they burst out into a long tirade on how to lose weight and from what to get the hormones of happiness. Naturally, no one read this tirade, because from the first words it was clear that this anxious person was waiting for a ban and a place in the garden had already been heated for him (remember "everyone in the garden"? 🤣).

But the phrase why do you eat tasty left a mark. And I don't think that the commentator sits and eats a stew on the water, I'm sure he chooses what tastes better.

I just want to ask the other way around - why torture yourself, make yourself starve, endure restrictions, exclude many healthy foods in order to lose weight?

It can be different! You can comfortably and calmly approach the process of losing weight.

We ate our 100+ kilograms for a couple of weeks, right? And suddenly we want to lose 10 kilograms at once in a week.

You can, of course, starve, and so many do. But what kind of imprint will hunger strikes leave on our health, which is already not the best if we are overweight.

For myself, our most gentle and effective way to lose weight and maintain weight is by counting calories. For the sake of yourself and your health, you can find 15 minutes a day, agree.

I'll tell you about my day and the menu.

I didn't know when I could eat something today, so I decided to have a hearty breakfast with the most tender khachapuri with cheese filling.

I got khachapuri on 410 kcal.

In addition, I drank coffee with milk (150 g) and syrup (20 g) - 130 kcal.

Just think about how many calories you can quietly consume - tea with milk, coffee with milk, and if purchased, what kind of syrup to add, and put sugar. So calorie to calorie also accumulates.
And we all think that we are not eating anything and wonder why the weight is standing still or, even worse, is growing.
Because like this, imperceptibly, you can use small snacks, tea parties, provide yourself with extra calories, which I will go to reserve.

After breakfast, and it was early enough, we quickly packed up and went to Moscow. We had some things to do that will take the first half of the day.

And then we can take a walk, we decided. In general, as it goes, as the mood will be - so we will do it.

We freed ourselves closer to one in the afternoon, stopped by for half an hour, where we persuaded to eat a piece of cottage cheese casserole with tea. I think it was somewhere on 150 kcal, less maybe, no more.

On the way home, we decided to stop by at VDNKh, take a short walk, we hadn't been there for a long time.

Honestly, I stole some fries from my husband when he got hungry and decided to have a snack. I decided I wouldn't waste free calories on empty McDuck food. But here I started to drag potatoes. Then I looked on the Internet how much about a portion of french fries in calorie content and wrote down more 200 kcal.

The strong wind and the sun shining in the eyes spoiled all the photos and we decided not to waste time, just walked, plunged into the atmosphere and went home.

Arriving home, I warmed up my stash - turkey thigh fillet, fried without oil with spices (150 g), plus 100 g of boiled buckwheat and 180 g of tomato.

It turned out lunch for 455 kcal.

In the evening I wanted to get by with one watermelon. Well, where there, when suddenly the idea of ​​a cottage cheese casserole, and even a two-layer one, appeared!

There was no need to buy fresh cottage cheese when we arrived home. So thoughts would not revolve around him. But it turned out to be a wonderful casserole.

I ate a piece of casserole with tea on 150 kcal.

In total, 1495 kcal were obtained in a day.

There was no need to mess with fries and everything would be great

I didn't drink my water today and I believe that I won't be able to do it tomorrow either, because we are going to leave again for the whole day.

Of course, I always have a bottle of water with me, as far as possible it is bought on the road, but all this water is drunk not only by me.

In general, it turns out that on vacation I do not follow the drinking regime well.

Anyway, I somehow relaxed. I feel it myself.

Having achieved a result that I did not even dream of two years ago, I know that I still need to get rid of a few kilograms, and then it's up to physical education.

But I know what I need and relaxed. Perhaps this is how the vacation works and the constant cycle of events, walks, impressions. I would like to see everything, go everywhere and do not always eat normal food. When walking, mostly fast food (you don't walk around a cafe every day, not according to our wallet). I try to choose more or less decent food, avoiding all sorts of mcducks and similar establishments. But still.

I promise myself that when my vacation ends, I will strictly take on myself.
