Today I want to share with you a recipe for baked chicken breast under the most delicious "hat".
It seems to be nothing special and the simplest ingredients, but it turns out very tasty.
🍅 For the preparation of the dish, I used the following ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast fillets - 360 g,
- 1 tomato - 170 g,
- regular cheese (better suluguni, it is less fatty) - 110 g,
- soft cottage cheese (from a jar) - 75 g,
- chicken egg - 1 pc - 55g,
- salt, black pepper, dry garlic, spice "tomatoes, basil, garlic" if desired, or any favorite dry herbs.
🍅Cooking.
Cut the chicken breast fillet into small pieces and transfer to a bowl.
Add to the chicken breast a tablespoon (not full) of soft cottage cheese and spices: salt and pepper to taste and generously dry garlic and seasoning with your favorite herbs. We mix.
Soft cottage cheese can be replaced with either natural yogurt or sour cream.
Place the chicken breast in a small baking dish.
Cut the tomato into slices and place it over the chicken breast.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and mix with the remaining soft cottage cheese and a stirred chicken egg. We add a little.
Pour the resulting mixture of cottage cheese, cheese and eggs. Smooth over all surfaces of the tomatoes.
You can take 2 times more cottage cheese and one more egg, the hat turns out to be very tasty and you want more! But don't forget to recalculate KBZHU.
We send to bake in the oven, preheated to 190-200 degrees for 30 minutes. For baking time, be guided by your oven.
KBZHU per 100 g of ready-made dish: K - 175, B - 21.9, F - 8.7, U - 1.97
