A little more than two years ago, I did not even think about the calorie content of foods. And BJU for me was like a dark forest - something terrible and incomprehensible.

Understanding that foods are made up of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, and also have a certain caloric value, leads to an understanding of what we eat.

As soon as you start counting how many calories you eat per day, you immediately understand why you are overweight. No, neither wide bone, nor hormones, nor age, nor other excuses are to blame for being overweight. Overeating is to blame. We ourselves are to blame for eating more than we need, and then suffering from excess weight.

Nutritional control by counting calories and a minimal calorie deficit make it possible to lose weight comfortably and tasty eating, without severe restrictions. In addition, getting used to controlling nutrition, we change our eating habits and there should be no return to the past, there should be no return of excess weight.

I'll tell you about my day and give an example of a menu for the day.

Finally, today I have my last procedure, the tenth! I will get rid of the leg bandage, stop wasting 4 hours on the road and procedures every day, and I will rest a little. How I just want to sleep.

And on Saturday, the most important procedure for which I was preparing is waiting for me - wish me luck! I'm a little afraid, but the unknown frightens me more. And they told me how everything would go, but until you see it yourself, you will not feel - all the stories are just stories.

Early breakfast today. Yesterday evening I prepared the dough for cheesecakes and put everything in the molds. In the morning, she immediately turned on the oven and set the syrniki to bake, while she went about her morning chores.

Very convenient, by the way, I advise you to try it. You can prepare the dough for any pastry in advance, and bake it in the morning. The same lazy khachapuri, which you love, cottage cheese muffins, cheese cakes - mixed in the evening, arranged in forms (if you need to bake), in the morning fresh baked goods are ready. I increased the amount of dough, if necessary, and the whole family is happy with breakfast.

Breakfast - 160 g of cheesecakes stuffed with peanut butter, drizzled with date syrup. Breakfast for 405 kcal.

While the peanut butter is not over yet, I try to use it in baking, and as a cream for a cake, and just spread it on fruits. Everything turns out very tasty, but you need to control yourself, since peanut butter is high in calories.

I had breakfast and went to work - everything that was urgent should be prepared before lunch, and after lunch I had to go for the last procedure.

As usual, during work, I had a snack. I ate 130 g of persimmon with 20 g of peanut butter - 215 kcal.

What I liked about peanut butter - it provides protein and a decent amount of fat. Recently, it is difficult for me to get just fats, and I have already passed the lack of fats in the body - I barely stopped hair loss and restored them, well, it did not come to hormonal disorders.

For the sake of your health, it is important to monitor the balance of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and not exclude them from the diet.

Last night, while there was time, I put the chicken breast to cook. No matter how strange it sounds, but I wanted a boiled chicken breast, amid the abundance of different dishes, sometimes I want something simple.

And my lunch is boiled chicken breast with pesto sauce (200 g) and boiled buckwheat (120 g). And also 100 g of tomato.

Lunch at 420 kcal.

Immediately after lunch I ran to the minibus. How cold it got! It's just frost! And also winters "did not smell" 😂. Rather, it would be spring-summer, new walks to interesting places, new summer dresses, "new" legs for me... I was dreaming.

I drove home happy today. The procedures are over, the bandage is over (the most important thing!), But for now you have to use compression stockings - how difficult it is to put them on! Thanks to the nurses who bandaged and helped - the girls are all wonderful and helpful.

Warmed up dinner - 400 g of stewed potatoes with chicken breast in sour cream-tomato sauce. I have the weight of the dish with broth, of which I add a lot to the plate, so the calorie content is pleasant. And we like it when broth is present in such a dish.

Dinner for 260 kcal.

And in the evening with tea there was a loaf (10 g) with butter (5 g) and mozzarella (30 g), it was necessary to get fats - peanut butter helped with this, but not completely. Came out on 145 kcal.

The result of the day is 1445 kcal. B - 124, F - 55, U - 109.

The norm of water (30 ml per 1 kg of weight) and physical education are mandatory.
