Fruit Pie - "Tenderness"! Yes, I even named it😂.
I baked the pie with a pear this time, but you can use fresh fruits that do not give much juice - apples, apricots, peaches are not very juicy.
The pie turned out to be very tender and aromatic, moderately moist. My family appreciated 👍. And who said that PP is not tasty?)
✅For the fruit pie, I needed the following ingredients:
- a jar of soft cottage cheese - 170 g (you can use natural yogurt),
- 2 chicken eggs,
- 120g whole grain flour (I used rice).
- 4 sachets of sweetener (1 sachet = 1g = 5g sugar),
- 2 pears - 300 g pure weight.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a bag of vanillin - 1 g.
Cooking.
Cooking the dough. We mix the egg, soft cottage cheese (it can be replaced with natural yogurt (not drinking !!!)), vanillin and sweetener. Mix well.
Add the whole wheat flour with baking powder and mix into the dough. I use rice flour because it makes the cake very tender and moist. It is also gluten free.
Set aside the dough and cut the pear into small cubes.
Next, we send the pear into the dough and mix.
Put it in a baking dish - I use a silicone mold with a diameter of 18 cm.
We send it to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
