Good day, good mood and always delicious and comfortable weight loss!
What are we all different. Even in the perception of food. Some have told me for two years that I "eat" a lot (I apologize, but I do), while others think that I am starving, suffering from a lack of nutrients, and so on. Someone tried to prove from the photo that I ate not 250 g of something, but all 500. Someone even counted the calorie content of dishes for me, not knowing how much and what products were used in them.
There was everything.
And everyone predicted and still predicts that I will never lose weight.
While someone is figuring out how much I eat, whether my calories are calculated correctly, he argues that in the photo there is not 25 g of bread, but all 50 g - I have lost weight.
I wonder how things are with those who counted the calorie content of my dishes instead of their own? I hope they are doing well too.
I started this article by saying that we are all different. That is why you cannot row one size fits all. Each of us has our own calorie (energy) rate, which is necessary for the normal functioning of the body and, accordingly, each of us has our own calorie deficit, on which we will lose weight.
I will give an example of my slimming menu.
Yesterday evening, when I was already having a rest, my husband told me something and syrniki slipped through the conversation. It immediately flew through my head: in the refrigerator the remnants of cottage cheese disappear... cheese cakes... In the end, I got up and went to quickly knead the dough for cheesecakes stuffed with peanut butter, put them in muffin tins and put them in the refrigerator. 5 minutes and you're done! That's really 5 minutes. You doubt for a longer time whether it is worth getting up and going to do it or staying in place and being lazy further.
This morning I just have to put the molds with the dough in the oven for 20 minutes and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
The breakfast turned out to be very satisfying. 500 kcal. I didnβt regret the peanut butter and put it as much as 30 g (and it is high in calories! do not forget about it).
I drank green tea with cheesecakes.
After breakfast, as usual, to work.
For a snack, I had a Chinese cabbage salad (80 g) with boiled pork tongue (70 g) and Korean carrots (30 g) - 200 kcal.
I have enough free time today, as it turned out. I planned to warm a hodgepodge with Chinese cabbage and mushrooms for lunch, but changed my mind and replayed the entire menu. Because I saw a jar of seafood cocktail in the fridge and decided to cook spaghetti with seafood in a creamy sauce for lunch. And I'll eat a hodgepodge for dinner.
To make spaghetti with seafood, I used a marinated seafood cocktail (80 g), 50 ml of 10% cream, 30 g of cheese and 40 g (dry weight) of TSP spaghetti.
I fried seafood on a drip of butter with spices - garlic and pepper. Added cream and cheese. In parallel, I boiled spaghetti to al dente. I added ready-made spaghetti to seafood, stirred and sweated for a couple of minutes. Delicious!
Happened for lunch 385 kcal.
Since there is no need to cook dinner, I devoted the whole afternoon to working at the computer. Nothing interesting happened today. An ordinary weekday. I was glad only that Friday and the weekend is on the nose!
For dinner I ate 400 g of hodgepodge with chicken breast, mushrooms and Chinese cabbage and homemade whole grain bread (50 g). Dinner for 380 kcal.
Once again I was convinced that adding a small amount of mushrooms to such a hodgepodge gives a richer taste. It turns out much tastier than just stewing chicken and cabbage.
The result of the day: K - 1465, B - 130, F - 62, U - 95.

What about your holiday mood? This time we will celebrate the New Year at home and I had a desire to create a New Year's mood. I want a holiday! Probably tired already of this year, which brought only suffering to the whole world.
I will start looking for not very expensive, but beautiful New Year's decorations on Saturday. If it works out, I will definitely show you the photos.
And I have already installed a Christmas tree in the courtyard of our residential complex!
