I don’t know about you, but because of the forced stay at home, I have become several times more. But in order not to periodically measure jeans, as many now joke on the Internet. I try to build my nutrition schedule as balanced as possible, although this does not always work.
Today I made a vegetable salad, the recipe for which I am happy to share with you.
For a salad for 2 servings, we need:
- Avocado - 1 pc.
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Cucumbers (small) - 2 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves (I have Tuscany) - 1 pack.
- Corn - 0.5 cans
- Onions - onions - 0.5 pcs.
- Green onion - several feathers
Refueling:
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Black and red pepper
First, cut the avocado into 2 pieces and remove the pit. If you choose the right and ripe avocado, as you can see in the photo, you don't even need to peel it with a knife. the skin itself is easily removed.
Cut the avocado and cucumber into small pieces.
Now you need to cut the green and onions. Onions are now very bitter, so you can pour boiling water over them for a minute. Cut the tomatoes into four pieces.
Put lettuce leaves on a plate. Top and / or mix vegetables with leaves.
Then add the corn.
Put onions on the salad
Making a gas station. To do this, in a small salad bowl, mix oil with vinegar, add pepper.
Top with salad dressing, salt. And that's it! You can throw our salad into the "furnace".
You should like this light salad, firstly, because it cooks quickly, and secondly, after such a portion you will not want to eat for several hours, and we are fighting for it! AND. of course, everyone who is fasting now and is already tired of the vinaigrette will also like this salad.
