And I'll move on to the menu, today I have it not quite from the series of proper nutrition. We can say that today I had a harmful cheat cute.

Breakfast is a cheesecake on oatmeal - very satisfying, and of course delicious.

For a flat cake, today I used 30 g of dry oatmeal, 1 egg, 30 g of sour cream 10%, a pinch of salt and baking powder, 40 g of suluguni.

In addition, after breakfast, I drank green tea and ate a curd basket with strawberries (70 g).

My breakfast came out on 485 kcal.

I deliberately ate so much for breakfast because I didn't know when my next meal would be.

Today we are planning a trip to Moscow on business.

We also want to take a walk around VDNKh - this is my favorite place in Moscow. I don't know why, but it is at VDNKh that I am ready to walk at least every day.

We were lucky when we walked - the weather was great, the sun was shining and it was very hot, although already at VDNKh they announced an approaching thunderstorm.

We walked nicely, walked many steps, as my fitness bracelet told me. And my husband got hungry after such an active walk.

We decided to have a snack, it was just one o'clock in the afternoon, but we couldn't find anything better than a McDuckπŸ˜•. Honestly, I don't like all this.

But I already wanted to eat. I chose the least of the evils - Caesar roll with chicken. But after the heat, I wanted to drink something cold. Took another 0.5 cola with ice to walk like that, I thought. I didn't drink cola for more than two years, for sure, and even before switching to near-PP, I didn't really respect all these drinks.

As a result, my lunch went out to 690 kcal!

Keep in mind, fast food lovers - even the simplest fast food is very high in calories.

We had a snack in the car, because now there is nowhere even to sit in Moscow. Summer verandas are crowded and not open everywhere yet, and it's expensive, and McDuck only works for take-out.

We ate and went to one of the largest shopping centers. I approximately knew the stores that I want to visit so as not to overpay for clothes, I wanted to buy something for a promotion.

Oh, and we were in the shopping center, well, my husband constantly pulled me up so that I took a smaller size, otherwise it would take even more time to try on.

As a result, I am with two dresses for 1300 and 600 rubles only and with a swimsuit, otherwise I go to sunbathe in a huge one for me, it’s just ashamed if people aroundπŸ™ˆ

By the way, I was shocked by the prices of swimwear - 5 times more expensive than my most expensive dress from today's purchases. But I found mine, not expensive and beautiful, as it is not surprising in a sports store.

There are a lot of people in the shops, there are just 7-10 people in the changing rooms. Of course, this is in those stores (mostly chain stores) where prices are reasonable. Nobody enters the so-called boutiques, at least I did not see anyone in them except the sellers. I accidentally walked into one of these, as I saw the price tags - rather to runπŸ˜‚.

While we were walking around the shopping center, we missed a terrible thunderstorm and downpour!

We returned home for dinner.

For dinner I ate okroshka, which I cut the other day for several days.

200 g okroshka, 200 g kvass and 20 g sour cream - 340 kcal.

As a result, today I am overkill in calories - 1515 kcal.

But at the same time I found for all the time 16000 steps, and the days of loading and cheating are cute.

I had such a good day.

However, it seems to me that I drank a little water. We took water with us, bought it in a shopping center, drank at home, but I feel that I haven't finished it, yet the heat is reflected - I'm waiting for edema tomorrowπŸ˜’.
