Good day to all and delicious weight loss!

The recipe with which I want to introduce you today was born to me quite by accident.

I was planning to cook marrow boats with chicken breast filling. But after preparing the products, looking at them, I decided that I did not want to mess with the boats, but I wanted to quickly mix everything and bake in the oven.

And it turned out very tasty and juicy! Each piece is soaked in juices, and the portions are more convenient to regulate (for those who consider KBZhU) than with the same courgette boats.

Let's cook!

✅Cooking.

We prepare all products.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Cut the zucchini into medium cubes.

As well as chop the zucchini and the tomato.

Put the chicken breast and vegetables in one bowl.

Next, mix soft cottage cheese and melted cheese in a bowl.

Add cheese with cottage cheese and spices to vegetables with chicken: salt, pepper, dry garlic and a little nutmeg. I also added a little hops-suneli to my taste.

Mix everything well.

Place in a suitable sized baking dish.

We bake in the oven at 190-200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

I mixed a couple of times with a spoon during baking.

✅The following products were needed:

  • chicken hoot (I have a fillet) - 270 g,
  • 3 small zucchini - 640 g,
  • tomato - 240 g,
  • processed cheese (in boxes) - 40 g,
  • soft cottage cheese or yogurt - 100 g,
  • salt, black pepper - to taste, dry garlic - generously, a pinch of nutmeg.
