Because we only dream about how, having lost weight, exhausted by tasteless food and hunger, we will eat a huge cake and everything that was prohibited during the diet period. Having lost weight on a diet and returning to our usual diet, we return everything that we threw off with such difficulty.
By controlling our food by counting calories, we eat tasty and satisfying. After all, you only need a 15% deficit of your calorie intake. Even your favorite sweets can be included in this deficit and you will still lose weight. There are no hard limits that make you want to break loose. And during the process of losing weight, long enough, we get used to the volume of food and already intuitively know how much and what we can eat so as not to overeat in a day.
In addition, by starting to count calories, you will get rid of the false beliefs that you eat like everyone else or even less, but do not lose weight or even gain weight. No, you do not have a wide bone and a body constitution that tends to be overweight. In most cases, you actually transmit, and only by starting to count the calorie content of food - you will understand this, as I understood.
I'll move on to my menu for the day. Now, after a short break, I try to keep my diet around 1400 kcal. It is possible that the weight will not go away, since I sat on 1300 kcal for a long time, having made a number of mistakes, from which I now constantly warn you - do not underestimate your calorie intake!
Even if it seems to you that the deficit that the calorie counter calculated for you according to your parameters is too many calories - it just seems like nothing. After all, when you were recovering, you ate much more!
But if you want, like me, to slow down your metabolism with low calories - your right.
Breakfast - cheese cake on oatmeal - 400 kcal.
Somehow today I failed the cake. Apparently, I overdid it with cheese and it stuck to the pan. It turned out not very nice, but very tasty, cheesy!
For the cake, I used 1 egg, 20 g of dry oatmeal, 30 g of sour cream and as much as 70 g of suluguni.
I ate a flat cake with green tea. The breakfast came out very satisfying.
Had a snack with an apple (100 g) - 50 kcal, taking a break from work.
And before lunch we decided to take a walk for an hour, to see how the berry ripens in the forest.
The strawberries are still green, and the blueberries are late this year. Judging by the number of green berries on the bushes, there will be few blueberries, sad.
For lunch, I warmed myself 100 g of boiled buckwheat, 200 g of chicken cutlets with cottage cheese, which I fried yesterday on the electric grill and cut 200 g of vegetables.
Went out lunch on 460 kcal.
For dinner, I warmed up the remaining portion of zucchini baked with chicken breast in a creamy sauce (300 g) and ate them with a freshly baked rye bun (50 g) - 340 kcal.
Just after putting food on everyone, in the conversation I completely forgot to photograph the zucchini with a bun. Therefore, there will be an old photo of the same zucchini, but with rye bread.
And during the day I ate 30 g of peanuts - 165 kcal.
In total, 1415 kcal came out in a day. The rate of water is drunk.
