Good day to all and delicious weight loss!
I thought the other day about what would have happened if two years ago I had not decided to give up all diets and study the latest information about healthy weight loss.
If there were already 150 kilograms, I guess. After all, it is so difficult to stay on a strict diet, and even when nothing is delicious.
And how grateful I am to myself that from all sorts of ways to lose weight, evaluating all the pros and cons, I chose to count calories and their deficit.
If you think about it, all diets are based on a calorie deficit. That's just for those who are too lazy to count calories - they suggest cutting back on their diet, giving up a lot of foods and essentially starving in order to eliminate overeating.
And what does all this lead to? To breakdowns, of course, to jamming and gaining even more weight. And perhaps to depression, self-pity. It seems that nothing can be changed.
But you can change! Itself went through it all!
Knowing your calorie intake and seeing the limits in which you can eat - it's easy to control your diet. You can even add your favorite snacks to the diet, which will help get rid of breakdowns.
And the cheats are cute and loading days, as I had, for example, yesterday, will help not only not to break loose and not think about your favorite sweets, but will help you to fight overweight with renewed vigor.
Calorie counting makes it possible to lose weight without starving, eating tasty and satisfying food.
After all, we know exactly how much we ate and how much more we can eat as part of our calorie deficit. We do not cut the diet too much and do not experience hunger, we eat balanced and slimmer.
It turns out that if you crawl in the phone memory of yourself or my husband, there are photographs from the times when I did not like to be photographed.
I'll move on to my menu for the day.
After yesterday's loading without counting calories - today again into battle. The diet is within my deficit - 1400 kcal.
I have a cheesecake for breakfast today with whole grain wheat flour, so the color is so brownish.
I used 40 g of kefir, 1 egg, 30 g of flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder and 45 g of cheese.
Breakfast for 365 kcal.
After breakfast, we slowly packed up and went to swim and sunbathe. But somehow it did not work out with us today with a tan. It seemed that the sun was showing through, but as soon as we settled down, the sun hid.
I managed to swim a little and it started to rain. After consulting, we decided to go home, because tomorrow they promised heat and a sunny day.
Although I have an appointment with the dentist for tomorrow, I decided to postpone it so as not to miss a sunny and hot day and spend part of the day by the water while my husband is on vacation. So we hope that the weather won't let us down on Monday.
On the way home, we bought fruit and berries.
Snacked on a peach (240 g) and a cherry (100 g) - 160 kcal.
I ate this cherry on the sly almost all day.
We also bought a herring. But my beloved cold-smoked pink salmon (the second time we already come to the store for it) was again not there, and the desire to eat fish just does not go away.
Lunch was simple today, but very tasty!
Vegetable salad (160 g), seasoned with 25 g of sour cream 10%, 165 g of boiled potatoes and 50 g of lightly salted herring. How delicious it is!

And as much as they want, they can groan and gasp about salty, those who believe that it should be completely excluded when losing weight, like many other products.
I think otherwise. And as you can see: neither salty, nor carbohydrates, nor anything else prevents me from losing weight. No not like this. Didn't stop me from losing weight😉.
Because it's just a calorie deficit and a BJU balance!
And for dinner, I quickly kneaded curd dough (our favorite, universal) and prepared berry baskets with raspberries.
After lunch, I ate 1 basket of almost 100 g with tea - 190 kcal.
By the evening I realized that the proteins were not getting to me, but this is half the trouble, because in the oven of the table, the chicken breast under a fur coat of tomatoes and cheese and I’ll almost get the proteins with it.
But with carbohydrates was too much, but I wanted more raspberries.
If you want raspberries - eat raspberries, I decided. Moreover, today I actively swam. I will always have time to lose weight, especially now I have nowhere to hurry, but I want to eat plenty of berries.
I didn't even begin to weigh how many raspberries were there on a plate - how many my husband brought - and ate so much on the sly.
This afternoon, I decided to do a little work to free up time for the rest of my career tomorrow. She worked at the computer and ate raspberries.
And in the evening the weather broke out and the sun appeared. Why stay at home, we thought, and went on foot to the quarry to swim.
When I weighed over 100 kg, I was very heavy lifting, as they say. To jump up like this and go somewhere, and even on foot - it was necessary to try very hard to persuade me. All this was hard for me.
But now - I'm boiling for anything except hunger strike 🤣. How does this phrase fit well, huh?
On the way back I collected flowers for myself:
For dinner, just a chicken breast under a fur coat (150 g) - 270 kcal.
As a result, I got 1300 kcal and a plate of raspberries, which I did not weigh and did not take into account in the calorie counter.
I drink some water. I try to add more activity. Today, in general, the day turned out to be quite active - I swam a lot in the morning and in the evening, and I found plus 10 thousand steps.
