Often you want to cook something simple and quick from those products that are in the refrigerator.

So not so long ago I had a set of products, which I decided to combine together and taught a delicious dish. The main products are boiled buckwheat and fried minced chicken, which is left over from the preparation of another dish.

Many people who are losing weight have buckwheat as a frequent guest, but you must admit that it gets boring quickly.

I am telling you how you can cook buckwheat using the leftover minced chicken and vegetables. Such buckwheat will not get bored for a long time, especially since changing vegetables and spices can change the taste of the dish.

✅I needed the following products for 1 serving:

  • boiled buckwheat (100g),
  • minced chicken fried in a pan without oil with black pepper, salt and dry garlic (100 g),
  • tomato (100 g),
  • pickled cucumber (100 g),
  • universal vegetable seasoning.

I already had the main products ready.

But if you decide to try this dish, then we cook buckwheat as usual.

By the way, to calculate the calorie content of boiled buckwheat, we follow the formula:
According to this formula, the calorie content of any dish per 100 g is considered.

Fry the minced chicken in a dry frying pan, salt it, pepper it, add dry garlic.

Cut the tomato and pickled cucumber in advance.

Add the tomato and cucumber to the minced meat, stir and simmer for a couple of minutes. You can also add some spices, such as dried basil or just an all-purpose vegetable mix.

You can add bell pepper or zucchini. If you add zucchini, then I would add it along with the minced meat.

Try it, change vegetables, add spices and boring boiled buckwheat will sparkle with new colors.

Next, we add buckwheat to the minced meat, mix and simmer together for several minutes.
