Still looking for excuses and afraid to leave your comfort zone? And many women and men have taken the first step and are now confidently heading towards a new self. On a meeting to health, vigor, activity!

We do not come up with any excuses to justify ourselves and our inaction. And I, just like many others, justified myself after another unsuccessful diet, which ended in a breakdown and a jam.

What did I not think of to justify my inaction:

Losing weight is expensive. As a result, my budget, with the transition to nutritional control by counting calories, only benefited. Instead of kilograms of sweets, sausages, sausages and other semi-finished products and other food waste, I began to buy other products - more wholesome, tasty and, yes, sometimes more expensive. But! Food consumption has become more economical, since you control food and do not eat everything in huge quantities - that's the savings.

Hormones are naughty. As a result, the analyzes showed that hormones are not naughty, but someone just eats very high-calorie foods.

Broadness, heredity, "I have such a constitution" - all this also happened. Well, what a wide bone? Heredity? Rather, the eating habits that exist in the family and are passed down from generation to generation.

In the vast majority of cases, being overweight is the cause of overeating.

By counting calories, you can learn to control your diet and not only lose weight, but also maintain your weight in the future.

I'll tell you about my diet as an example of a menu for counting calories.

For breakfast I have a casserole with cherries (295 g) - 380 kcal and green tea.

Today, after lunch, I will go back to the procedures again, which means that from the very morning I have to work effectively. Plus, prepare lunch and dinner for a few days.

I decided to simplify cooking as much as possible. I made pea soup and made beef goulash. Goulash is generally prepared practically without my participation - I left it to stew and went on to work.

Now just change the side dish and water with goulash. Hopefully the food will last for 3 days.

While I was preparing the products, I also fried the Adyghe cheese (80 g) and cut 50 g of cucumber. I used 3 g of butter - I deliberately used more oil than is required for frying the cheese, since the problem with the addition of fats.

It turned out to be a snack for 210 kcal.

How I like fried Adyghe cheese - beyond words. Today I fried spices to cheese: marjoram, oregano, pepper and dry garlic - delicious!

I had lunch with pea soup (450 g), to which I added a piece of bread (30 g) dried in a dry frying pan.

It turned out lunch for 310 kcal.

After lunch I drank coffee with milk 2.5% (50 g) and vanilla syrup (20 g) - 80 kcal.

I worked a little after lunch and at 15 o'clock ran to the minibus.

Somehow at the wrong time frost came to us. Two hours on the road, with dashes in the cold. In general, I didn't really like it.

My husband picked me up from the clinic and we returned home quite late today. Our daily routine has shifted a bit. But where to go.

Instead of the usual dinner at 17 o'clock, supper took place at 19 o'clock.

For dinner, 130 g of boiled buckwheat and 200 g of beef goulash (weight of goulash with broth). So I wanted to pour the whole buckwheat with broth from goulash to make a soup.

Dinner turned out to be 315 kcal

I still had free calories in the evening and I spent them on a delicious tea. Ate marshmallow (30 g) - 115 kcal

And we still had a little peeled pomegranate - I ate about 100 g in the evening - 50 kcal.

During the day, 1460 kcal came out. B - 110, F - 50, U - 136.

I drank bad water today. And all because I forgot to renew the water bottle. I look at it, and it is empty, I get distracted and forget about the fact that I need to drink water and that I need to fill the bottle with water.

And when Iā€™m always there, in front of my eyes, a bottle of water, I take a few sips when my eyes fall on it. And as usual, I drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and before each meal. So the rate also gets.
