As time goes on, new delicious recipes appear that become favorite helpers in the fight against excess weight.

I try to have breakfast as one of the high-calorie meals around 400 kcal. In addition, for breakfast you can afford your favorite pastries without fear for your figure. As they say - everything will burn out in a day.

Naturally, I will never say goodbye with oatmeal with cottage cheese and lightly salted fish.

1️⃣But on the basis of oatmeal, another recipe has appeared, and this is already a cake with cottage cheese cream and berries or fruits (depending on availability).
