After all, I myself know what diets are, what hunger is, the restrictions that we endured in the hope of losing weight quickly. Therefore, tasty and comfortable weight loss seems to be fantastic. But once smartphones would have seemed to us fantastic and much more, right?
A little more than two years ago, I decided that was enough. Stop making the same mistakes. It's time to rethink your diet, otherwise health problems will snowball.
Having studied a huge amount of information, I came to counting calories and the results were not long in coming.
This is how I was when I started my path to harmony:
With each new week, I realized that counting calories has become the most comfortable way to lose weight for me from all the methods I have tried.
Remembering how I suffered on diets, how I searched long and hard for information and came to counting calories, I decided that I simply had to tell girls like me that it was not necessary to starve for diets. You can control your nutrition and slim down deliciously and comfortably!

How pleased I was with myself at that moment is beyond words. It seemed to me that I no longer walk, but fly! After all, I did not even count on such a result, because so many times I had already tried to lose weight that I lost count.
But gradually my results got better and when my blog was a year old, I already looked like this:
In a year of blogging, he already had 33,000 subscribers who successfully grew slim with me.
Some of the readers have long gone to maintain weight, but still come to visit to support girls who have just begun their journey to harmony.
A little more than two years passed and from 132 kg I went to 68 kg:
December 10, exactly two years since I have been running my blog "about PP", in which I share my experience of losing weight, I show an approximate menu for the day with the calculation of KBZhU, I share recipes for dishes that are included in my diet harmony.
During this time, the blog has become my little home, in which every day I wait for guests to share something new, motivate and tell that losing weight is possible without strict restrictions, without hunger, without harm to health - delicious and comfortable.
And my guests, my readers, I have the best! During this time, we gathered a whole team of like-minded people. We slim down together, support each other, share moments of our life.
A club of interests has already formed here, in which everyone who wants to change their lifestyle is welcome, to lose weight once and for all is easy and fun. And with you, my dear regular readers, it's always fun😘
And we are already more than 118 thousand!
But at the same time, my position in relation to those who litter in my "little house" is unshakable - we have different paths and here they have nothing to do.
If, thanks to my blog, at least one more person takes up himself and takes the path of health and harmony, then everything that I do is not in vain.
